Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting, security protocols, and system backups
- Create and update documentation for IT procedures and knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in IT preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in server environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
