Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth IT operations and system uptime.
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and email configurations.
- Conduct user training sessions on company policies and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and report potential security vulnerabilities to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking fundamentals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
