Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and incident response drills
- Support office IT assets including printers, servers, and network devices
- Learn and implement cloud service protocols (AWS/Azure basics)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn complex systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
