Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software systems
- Provide Tier 1 support for network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with system backups, security patching, and software updates
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and training sessions
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyConnect, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in varying office environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
