Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (laptops, printers, monitors) and software (Windows, Office 365, antivirus) issues.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate documentation of assets.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts regarding network outages or security threats.
- Conduct on-site support and training for employees on new technologies and security protocols.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
