Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 200+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 environments with precision
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies and optimize system performance
- Lead hardware refresh projects and vendor management for IT equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expert proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and virtualization
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security tools
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication abilities
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours during system outages
