Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network infrastructure (routers, switches, VPN)
- Create and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with enterprise environment experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD and cloud technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
