In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, serving as a bridge between our users and our technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Tier 1 & 2 Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Account Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and cloud-based identity providers.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN configuration.
- Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base by logging tickets and documenting resolutions in our Service Desk software.
- Asset Management: Assist in the inventory tracking and lifecycle management of company hardware.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification: CompTIA A+ Certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
