Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompt templates for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt strategies to evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate prompt management systems into our product pipeline.
- Analyze user interactions and feedback data to identify patterns and refine the user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI research, tools, and best practices in the field.
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent command of language, grammar, and the ability to deconstruct complex tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
