- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong business acumen with P&L ownership and budget management
- Advanced degree in STEM field, Business, or Innovation Studies
