Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI for Fortune 500 clients
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present disruption scenarios to C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with agile resource allocation methodologies
- Drive patent portfolios for next-gen intellectual property
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Design Thinking
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AGI, Web4.0, climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling with Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major tech platforms
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
