Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Secure strategic partnerships and investments for future-focused ventures
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and inspire organizational adoption
- Measure and iterate on innovation KPIs using data-driven methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record launching disruptive technologies or business models
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario-building capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CPSM) a plus
