Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation
- Forge strategic alliances with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Mentor a team of 8+ specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
