- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through stakeholder alignment
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI metrics
- Present innovation portfolio to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior innovators and build internal innovation capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
