Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across products
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve user experiences
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
