Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in ongoing training modules covering cybersecurity and cloud technologies
- Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows OS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
