The Role:
In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into innovative solutions. You will drive the design process from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and development teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and process documentation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
