Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead agile development cycles (Scrum) and drive technical decision-making
- Optimize database performance and design RESTful APIs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker

Qualifications
