Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional defects
- Document test results and bugs in JIRA with clear, actionable details
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify reported issues
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and testing ceremonies
- Analyze test coverage and recommend improvements
- Validate software requirements against business specifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Knowledge of defect tracking methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
