Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes in staging environments
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, usability, and compatibility scenarios
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Report test metrics and quality insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manual QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in test case creation and execution tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
