- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into tangible, market-ready products.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Quantum-Safe cryptography and Edge AI deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps and deliverables for the '2026 Horizon' initiative.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to production deployment.
