Responsibilities
- Master enterprise-level systems administration including Windows Server and Active Directory
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ users across hybrid work environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and network security
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for internal IT team
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month) after training phase
- Lead hardware refresh initiatives for enterprise workstations and peripherals
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional site visits
