Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ enterprise users across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including Cisco routers and Aruba switches
- Execute system monitoring, security audits, and incident response protocols
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs using Confluence
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure hybrid environment deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with overtime compensation
- Mentor junior trainees during cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Associate's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or relevant military experience
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL frameworks
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to lift 50lbs for hardware deployments
- CompTIA Security+ preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
