Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems using SCCM/Intune
- Implement basic network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs)
- Create and maintain technical documentation in Jira/ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on Azure/O365 migrations
- Support end-users via phone, chat, and in-person assistance
- Participate in after-hours rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid California driver's license (required for site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
