Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote tools
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments and network peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security protocols and compliance initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotations after initial training period
- Assist in deploying cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and endpoint management tools
- Complete monthly certification milestones aligned with career growth plan
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and diagnostic tools
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
