Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and other security systems.
- Provide technical documentation for common issues and solutions to improve knowledge base efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical staff to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Perform routine system updates and patch management to ensure system security and stability.
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and server maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
