- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technological vision with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance product competitiveness and operational efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineering and product teams to foster a culture of innovation and long-term thinking.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of defining multi-year roadmaps and leading technology transitions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, AR/VR, and Web3.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and market shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
