Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI systems development, specifically targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a world-class team of researchers and engineers in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and neural architecture search.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into marketable solutions.
- Mentor senior staff engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and generative AI models.
- Strong command of programming languages including Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing principles or neuromorphic hardware is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
