Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological milestones and capabilities required by 2026, including AI, AR/VR, and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Disruptive Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends and conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies to forecast their impact on our industry.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex technology strategies to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Partnership & Innovation: Cultivate relationships with technology partners, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.

- Resource Allocation: Manage the technology budget for innovation projects, ensuring optimal investment in high-impact areas.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT consulting, or executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of shaping long-term roadmaps.
- Emerging Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Computing trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
