Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Vision, identifying emerging trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to drive competitive advantage.
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with broader business goals and market demands.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure systems that support future growth.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Manage a multi-million dollar R&D budget and evaluate external technology partnerships and acquisitions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven track record of defining and delivering technology roadmaps for a minimum of 5 years into the future.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and System Design.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
