Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation initiatives with corporate strategic goals.
- Lead R&D efforts in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Extended Reality (XR).
- Identify disruptive technologies and assess their viability for integration into Nexus Horizon’s core products.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Publish thought leadership content and speak at industry conferences to establish Nexus Horizon as a 2026 market leader.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing them.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, quantum computing principles, and spatial computing interfaces.
