- Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-wide generative AI models to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible innovation.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Research, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or modern LLM frameworks.
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
