Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends that will drive business growth and societal impact.
- R&D Leadership: Lead high-performance research and development teams focused on generative AI, neural interfaces, and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of major initiatives, from concept validation to large-scale deployment of 2026-ready systems.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and product leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners to align technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technologies and global tech ecosystems to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure architectures.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts (e.g., AGI, Quantum) and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
