Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term business objectives into a comprehensive 2026 operational strategy.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce overhead as the company scales.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead diverse teams across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment on the 2026 vision.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to forecast trends and make evidence-based operational decisions.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through structural changes and cultural shifts required to achieve 2026 targets.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in operations management, strategy consulting, or executive leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and translate that vision into actionable operational plans.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams through complex transformations.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS operations, agile methodologies, and modern tech stack infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
