Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the year 2026, aligning organizational goals with long-term vision.
- Conduct rigorous market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in the global landscape.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate 2026 strategic objectives into product development and operational planning.
- Forecast technological advancements (AI, automation, etc.) and assess their impact on our business model.
- Present complex strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, actionable format.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategic plans in response to real-time market shifts and internal performance data.
- Establish partnerships with industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformation or long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience with future-of-work trends and emerging technologies is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Policy, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
