Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning long-term goals with quarterly deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional research teams to identify high-potential technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Prioritize product roadmaps that bridge current capabilities with future market demands.
- Present compelling data-driven strategies to the C-Suite and board of directors.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Monitor global market shifts to ensure our roadmap remains agile and competitive.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or innovation consulting.
- Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in a tech-forward environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial viability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup or high-growth tech environment.
