- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping of next-gen AI capabilities
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact and technological advancement
- Collaborate with academic institutions on AGI safety research
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML product development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade AI products serving >1M users
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural-symbolic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their AI applications
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience building diverse, high-performing technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating work on futuristic AI systems solving real-world problems
