- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with 5-year strategic planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic insights to board members and executive leadership quarterly
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems implementation
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for breakthrough initiatives
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech (IEEE, MIT Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech development
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and decentralized systems
