Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping quantum-resistant systems and AGI frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-tech R&D
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members securing $500M+ in innovation funding
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in cutting-edge development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 12+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 3+ major product launches
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI architectures
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on technology forecasting or innovation systems
- Experience securing $100M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) and Technology Management (CTM)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ patented innovations with market impact >$1B
