- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting technology adoption timelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
