Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework for 2026-2031
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech) and commercialization pathways
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce scenario-based impact assessments on market and societal implications
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Prior work with Fortune 500 companies or government innovation labs
