Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neurotech, AGI) with 5-10 year impact assessments
- Architect multi-generational technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 strategic milestones
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with CTOs, ethicists, and product visionaries
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-tech symbiosis
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite and board of directors for strategic alignment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology prototyping initiatives
- Build and lead global network of futurists, VCs, and academic thought leaders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Futures, Systems Theory, or related field (10+ years experience)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (>3 successful exits)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and decentralized tech
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CTOs on technology transformation strategies
- Certified in Futures Research Methodology (FRM) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ patented innovations with societal impact
