Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026-2030
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive forces (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives through immersive future-state simulations
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence, or climate adaptation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier business media
- Experience leading high-impact teams in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
- Portfolio of successful future-state implementations driving measurable business outcomes
