Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology & Society Outlook reports
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2030-proof business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
- Translate foresight analysis into product roadmaps for quantum-secure blockchain systems
- Present future-vision frameworks to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor next-generation futurists through internal 'Future Forward' program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technology convergence trends
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
