Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (required portfolio)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or equivalent
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
