Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future market landscapes and competitive disruption vectors
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and risk assessments for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation solutions with 5-7 year market entry horizons
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation journals
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for 10+ year timeframes
