Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ global innovation strategy using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage a network of 50+ futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' disrupting conventional business models
- Drive M&A integration of emerging tech startups with $50M+ budget oversight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership at scale
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leader with 50k+ audience on future trends
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience in ESG frameworks and impact investing
