Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive-level foresight reports translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and paradigm shifts
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Causal Layered Analysis)
