Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product development
- Present quarterly trend briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners and academic collaborators
- Translate exponential tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology) into market opportunities
- Architect ethical guidelines for emerging technology implementation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
