Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence)
- Author quarterly trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Represent Horizon at global futurist forums (WEF, Singularity Summit)
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Python, TensorFlow, Palisade)
